Our current Nightly rate is $150.00- $175.00 nightly. We also have weekly rates of $1,000 to $1,100. There is a $125.00 (one hundred twenty-five)security/cleaning deposit. Up to $75 refundable. We are pet
friendly and require a $100 deposit (non refundable). Rates subject to change without notice.
PAYMENTS
An advance payment equal to 50% of the total rental rate is required to RSVP. The advance payment will be applied toward the room rent.
Please make payments in the form of cedit card or personal check. The BALANCE OF RENT is due thirty(30) days after you RSVP.
MONTHLY RESERVATIONS

CANCELLATIONS
A sixty (60) day notice is required for cancellation. All cancellations are subject to a 15% cancellation fee. or $150 (whichever is greater).
Cancellations less than sixty (60) days from reservation day, days of the arrival date, forfeit the full advance payment and all other deposits. Early departure does not warrant any refund of rent or deposit.
FALSIFIED RESERVATIONS
Any reservation obtained under false pretense will be subject to forfeiture of advance payment, deposit and/or rental money, and the
party will not be permitted to check in.
