Rates and Payment Info

Our current Nightly rate is $150.00- $175.00 nightly. We also have weekly rates of $1,000. There is a $125.00 (one hundred twenty-five)security/cleaning deposit. Up to $75 refundable. We are pet friendly and require a $100 deposit.

PAYMENT - An advance payment equal to 50% of the rental rate is required to RSVP. The advance payment will be applied toward the room rent. Please make payments in the form of cedit card or personal check. Make checks payable to "Mt. Ashland House". The BALANCE OF RENT is due thirty (30) days before your arrival date. CANCELLATIONS - A sixty (60) day notice is required for cancellation. All cancellations are subject to a 15% cancellation fee. or $150 whichever is greater. Cancellations less than thirty (30) days from reservation day, days of the arrival date, forfeit the full advance payment and damage/reservation deposit. Cancellation or early departure does not warrant any refund of rent or deposit. MONTHLY RESERVATION CANCELLATIONS - Monthly renters must cancel thirty (120) days prior to check-in.

FALSIFIED RESERVATIONS - Any reservation obtained under false pretense will be subject to forfeiture of advance payment, deposit and/or rental money, and the party will not be permitted to check in. RATE CHANGES - Rates subject to change without notice.
